Social Policies

We firmly believe in the continual and constant improvement of the social impacts of our own products and production processes. The company regards itself as one of the players of the community in which it operates, and in which it has to be a part and coordinate its work at best. To do so, OMAL has undertaken a structural work programme dedicated to the issue of Social Innovation as a driver in improving its own social and organisational performance. To be aware of being part of a bigger community does not imply the relativisation but optimisation of one’s own impacts, in synergy with other stakeholders, at local and international levels, avoiding the silo management system.
